Treasury Supervisor - Landers Cebu

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Ensure that all sales collections for the day are deposited with the bank on time and supported by validated deposit slips.
• Perform daily cash reconciliation of funds.
• Perform bank related transactions.
• Prepare accurate and timely daily cash position report and consolidated monthly cash position report with support per bank.
• Verify the sorting, counting and deposits of revenues and complete audit trail documentation.
• Ensure accurate and timely remittance of cash sales.
• Reconcile actual sales with the nightrun sales report and bank deposits.
• Coordinate with the Accounting/Treasury Head Office and Bank for any related transactions.
• Review and approve all petty cash fund liquidation prior to endorsement to Accounting/Treasury head office for replenishment.
• Ensure that change funds for cashiers are always available for pick up by the cashier before going to assigned counter terminal.
• Provide accurate reporting/monitoring of Vault Fund, Petty Cash Fund and Membership Cards.
• Perform other tasks that maybe assigned from time to time.

• At least a Bachelor's /College Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking/Commerce or equivalent.
• Knowledge of counterfeit detection and basic banking transactions.
• Computer literate.
• At least 3 years of working experience in related field specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
• Preferably with experience in supervisory functions.
