Duties and Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify delivered materials, tools, and equipment.
- Ensure all incoming and outgoing items are properly documented.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock monitoring reports.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment requirements with the Purchasing Department.
- Organize and maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse and storage areas.
- Issue materials, tools, and equipment only through authorized requests and proper documentation.
- Conduct regular physical inventory and stock audits.
- Safeguard company assets and ensure proper storage and handling of materials.
- Coordinate with Project Engineers, Supervisors, and other site personnel regarding material requirements.
- Monitor the condition of tools and equipment and report damages or shortages immediately.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and warehouse procedures.
- Assist in the preparation of material reconciliation and project closeout reports.
- Prevent loss, theft, misuse, or unauthorized disposal of company property and materials.
- At least a High School Graduate, Senior High School Graduate, or College Level.
- Preferably with experience as a Warehouseman in a construction company or project site.
- Knowledgeable in inventory control, stock management, and warehouse operations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
- Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Honest, trustworthy, and of good moral character.
- Physically fit and capable of handling warehouse-related activities.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Willing to work extended hours when necessary.
- Willing to be assigned to project sites and relocate if required.
