Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee multiple complex client projects (e.g., multi-module customizations for 3–4 clients).
- Mentor Associate Project Managers and Trainee Project Managers.
- Manage escalations and client relationships with Technical Leads and Managers.
- Report to Delivery Manager, collaborate with PMO for governance.
- Drive process improvements for project delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in project management.
- Experience in banking or Fintech industry is a plus.
- Advanced project management skills, PMP or equivalent.
