About the role
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Mandarin Technical Assistant to join our dynamic team at Huawei in Taguig City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in supporting our technical operations and providing seamless communication with our Mandarin-speaking clients.
What you'll be doing- Provide administrative and technical support to our Mandarin-speaking clients and internal teams
- Assist with translation and interpretation between Mandarin and English
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Perform general office duties and tasks as required
- Fresh graduate with a degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field
- Fluent in both Mandarin and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
