About the role
We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a strong foundation in general accounting and hands-on experience with accounting software and Excel functions.
What you'll be doing- Prepare and process Requests for Payment Orders (RPO) for loan releases, supplier payments, and other disbursements
- Record collectibles and post payments accurately
- Maintain accurate and organized accounting records and documentation
- Perform month-end reconciliation of accounts
- Prepare journal entries as assigned
- Coordinate with branches regarding work-related concerns
- Perform other accounting-related tasks assigned by the Accounting Supervisor or Manager
- Bachelor of Science in Accountancy graduate only
- Open for Fresh Graduate
- With experience in accounting software such as SAP Business One
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, especially VLOOKUP and data management
- With general accounting experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
