We are expanding our team and looking for a driven, results-oriented Real Estate Sales Manager to work hand-in-hand with our Chief Strategy Officer in growing our agent network and sales operations.

About the Role

As the Real Estate Sales Manager, you will be the operational lead responsible for driving Sales, recruitment and sales training

You will collaborate closely with the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) to translate company strategy into action — ensuring that our sales team delivers both growth and quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new real estate agents.
  • Manage, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
  • Implement sales systems, pipelines, and performance tracking tools.
  • Coordinate with developers for project updates, promos, and trippings.
  • Oversee lead follow-ups from digital marketing campaigns (e.g., Facebook ads).
  • Conduct weekly sales meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
  • Work hand-in-hand with the CSO to align field activities with company goals.
  • Report recruitment and sales performance updates weekly to management.

This role is ideal for someone entrepreneurial, proactive, and passionate about building teams and driving measurable growth in a start-up environment.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in real estate sales, with 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Proven ability to lead sales team and achieve sales targets.
  • Demonstrated experience managing a team of at least 8-15 agents or equivalent sales volume.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and people management skills.
  • Familiar with the Cagayan de Oro and Mindanao property market.
  • Must be PRC-accredited Salesperson or Real Estate Broker .
  • Tech-savvy; comfortable with Google Workspace, CRM tools, and social media.
