Repairs & Maintenance Coordinator

About the role

This is an excellent opportunity to make a direct impact on the smooth running and upkeep of our facilities.

• Liaise with internal departments and external contractors to schedule and oversee all repair and maintenance work
• Maintain detailed records of completed tasks, equipment servicing, and supply inventory
• Identify and report on any issues or areas requiring attention to ensure our facilities remain in optimal condition
• Assist in developing and implementing preventative maintenance protocols
• Provide regular updates to management on the status of ongoing projects
• Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations

• Previous experience in a similar repairs and maintenance coordination role, preferably within the leisure or hospitality industry
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to effectively prioritize and multitask
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with a variety of stakeholders
• Working knowledge of building systems, equipment, and maintenance protocols
• Proficient in using computer systems and facilities management software
• Flexible and adaptable to handle changing priorities and respond to emerging issues
