Human Resources Intern

The HR Intern will support the Human Resources team by assisting in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, records management, and administrative tasks. This role is ideal for detail-oriented and proactive individuals interested in gaining hands-on experience in HR operations within a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the recruitment process (job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews)
- Help maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Support onboarding and orientation activities for new hires
- Participate in organizing employee engagement programs and events
- Prepare HR-related documents and reports
- Assist with compliance and audit requirements
- Perform general administrative tasks for the HR department
- Provide support in other HR projects as needed
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & Editing Platforms (Excel, Word, Outlook, Canva, Photoshop)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
