About the role

We're looking for an exceptional Creative Director to join our talented team at MANILA BANKERS LIFE INSURANCE CORP'. This is a full-time position based in Makati City Metro Manila. As our Creative Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the creative vision and direction of our Advertising, Arts & Media company.

• Lead and oversee the creative development of all company projects and campaigns
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and execute innovative, impactful ideas
• Provide creative direction and mentorship to the design and content creation teams
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to inform the creative strategy
• Present creative concepts and campaigns to clients and senior stakeholders
• Ensure all creative work aligns with the company's brand identity and values
• Manage the creative workflow and timelines to deliver projects on time and to a high standard

• Extensive experience as a Creative Director or senior creative professional in the Advertising, Arts & Media industry
• A strong portfolio demonstrating your expertise in art direction, branding, and campaign development
• Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
• Exceptional creative problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities
• Strong understanding of digital and traditional marketing channels and platforms
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related creative field
