About the role

INTERNATIONAL MARKETING GROUP is seeking an exceptional Creative Director to join their team in Makati City, Metro Manila. As a full-time Creative Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity and overall creative direction of the company's marketing and advertising efforts.

• Lead the creative vision and strategy for all marketing and advertising campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and cohesion across all touchpoints
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to conceptualise and execute impactful, innovative campaigns that drive engagement and deliver results
• Oversee and manage the creative team, providing direction, mentorship and feedback to ensure the highest standards of work
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and adapt the creative approach accordingly
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as content, digital and production, to ensure seamless integration of creative elements
• Present creative concepts and ideas to key stakeholders, securing buy-in and approval
• Continuously evaluate and refine the creative process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

• Minimum 4 years of proven experience as a Creative Director or in a senior creative leadership role, preferably within the advertising, arts and media industry
• Exceptional creative skills and a strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of successful marketing and advertising campaigns
• In-depth understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory and visual storytelling
• Ability to conceptualise and execute campaigns that effectively communicate brand identity and messaging
• Strong project management and team leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a creative team
• Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to sell creative ideas to key decision-makers
• Familiarity with the latest design and marketing technology trends
