  • Network to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from client acquisition to candidate placement
  • Assess, understand, and respond to the various needs of clients providing strategic and relevant solutions
  • Coordinate with various HR leaders, Hiring Managers, or other relevant stakeholders to ensure high-quality customer service
  • Provide regular feedback to management regarding market activity, competition, and market trends
  • Promote the company's services to prospective clients and candidates

  • A degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • Preferably with experience in B2B sales or Business Development background
  • Experienced or knowledgeable in Account Management, Lead Generation, Relationship Building
  • Comfortable working in a KPI-driven environment
  • Familiarity with ATS and sourcing tools (ex. LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search, etc)
  • Strong networking ability and customer service skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently
