Network Operations Engineer
Xurpas Inc. Mandaluyong
We are looking for an experienced Operations Engineer – Network Engineering to support and
maintain enterprise network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in
network operations, troubleshooting, and performance optimization, with hands-on experience
in F5 Load Balancers, DDI, and Cisco ACI. This role involves ensuring the stability, reliability,and availability of production network services while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor, support, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure to ensure high availability
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex network incidents and operational issues.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for network engineering and operations.
- Lead technical discussions and provide guidance to team members.
- Collaborate with multiple teams to implement network solutions and resolve critical issues.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance network reliability and operational
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and operational
- Utilize network monitoring and diagnostic tools to proactively identify and resolve issues.
- Ensure compliance with operational standards, security policies, and service level
agreements (SLAs).
Required Skills- 5+ years of relevant Network Engineering experience (3 years may be considered for
candidates with strong hands-on expertise).
Expert knowledge of:

◦ Routing and Switching
◦Network Protocols
◦Network Troubleshooting
Strong hands-on experience with:
◦F5 Load Balancers
◦DDI (DNS, DHCP, IP Address Management)
◦Cisco ACI (Application Centric Infrastructure)- Experience optimizing network performance and resolving complex network issues.
- Knowledge of network security principles and best practices.
- Experience using network monitoring and diagnostic tools.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience supporting enterprise production network environments.
- Experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring junior engineers.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and operational support environments.
- Undergraduates are welcome to apply provided they possess the required technical skills
and relevant experience.
