About the role
We are seeking a Quality Control / Quality Assurance Staff to join our team in Las Pinas City Metro Manila. This is a full-time position where you will play a vital role in ensuring the high quality and safety of our food products. As a Quality Control / Quality Assurance Staff, you will be responsible for a range of duties that are essential to maintaining our industry-leading standards.
What you'll be doing- Conducting regular inspections and quality checks on raw materials, production processes, and finished products
- Identifying and resolving any quality issues or non-conformances in a timely manner
- Maintaining detailed records and documentation related to quality control and assurance activities
- Collaborating with production, logistics, and other teams to implement quality improvement initiatives
- Ensuring all quality control and assurance processes adhere to relevant industry regulations and standards
- Providing training and guidance to production staff on quality procedures and best practices
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a quality control or quality assurance role, preferably in the food manufacturing industry
- Strong understanding of quality management systems, statistical process control, and quality auditing techniques
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in using quality control equipment and software
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Relevant qualifications in food science, quality management, or a related field
