The Coffee Break Encoder is responsible for accurately recording, monitoring, and reporting daily sales transactions, inventory movements, and financial data related to coffee break operations. This role ensures data integrity, supports financial tracking, and assists in maintaining organized records for operational and accounting purposes.

The position is ideal for graduates of Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields who possess strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales and Transaction Encoding
  • Accurately encode daily sales transactions into the system or monitoring sheets
  • Verify completeness of sales data including receipts, invoices, and cash reports
  • Ensure proper documentation and filing of all transaction records
  1. Inventory Monitoring
  • Record daily inventory usage and stock movements
  • Assist in tracking stock levels of coffee, ingredients, and supplies
  • Coordinate discrepancies between actual and recorded inventory
  1. Financial Data Support
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales summaries
  • Assist in basic financial reporting and reconciliation
  • Support accounting team in audit and financial review requirements
  1. Data Accuracy and Compliance
  • Ensure all encoded data is accurate and updated in a timely manner
  • Maintain confidentiality of financial and operational data
  • Follow company policies and standard procedures in data handling
  1. Coordination and Reporting
  • Coordinate with store staff or operations team for data verification
  • Report inconsistencies, errors, or unusual transactions to supervisor
  • Assist in administrative and clerical tasks as needed

Qualifications

Education
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or any related course
Experience
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Experience in data encoding, cashiering, or administrative work is an advantage
Skills and Competencies
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial records
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data entry systems
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Honest, reliable, and able to handle confidential information
