Yummy Tokyo is currently looking for a Commissary Kitchen Admin / Staff to join our growing team!

At Yummy Tokyo, we take pride in serving authentic Japanese favorites such as ramen, gyoza, takoyaki, and rice meals. Our commissary kitchen plays a key role in ensuring high-quality food for online orders and branch operations while maintaining consistency, efficiency, and strict food safety standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in overall commissary kitchen operations.
  • Handle basic admin tasks such as taking, checking, and coordinating orders (online, franchise, and branch orders).
  • Support the Kitchen Manager in daily operations.
  • Primarily responsible for preparing gyoza (Japanese dumplings).
  • Assist in food preparation for online and branch orders.
  • Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the work area.
  • Perform other kitchen-related tasks as assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

  • At least Senior High School graduate or college undergraduate.
  • Previous experience in food handling is an advantage.
  • Computer literate.
  • Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented.
  • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Willing to work onsite in Kapitolyo, Pasig City.
  • Preferably residing near the area to avoid commute difficulties.
