As part of our continued partnership with one of our key clients, we’re hiring a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst / Dashboard Developer to join our team.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a System Support Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of core business systems, while supporting users and driving automation and data insights across the organization.- Support and maintain core business systems (CRM, ERP, finance systems)
- Manage system integrations and ensure seamless data flow between platforms
- Troubleshoot system issues and ensure timely resolution of incidents
- Develop reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI
- Provide actionable data insights to stakeholders across the business
- Maintain data quality, integrity, and governance standards
- Design and implement workflow automations using Power Automate
- Improve manual processes through automation and efficiency initiatives
- Manage SharePoint sites, permissions, and structure
- Troubleshoot and optimize workflows and automations
- Collaborate with the Systems & IT Manager on projects and improvements
- Support system upgrades, migrations, and new feature rollouts
- Document system requirements, processes, and solutions
- Work with external vendors and partners as needed
- Proven experience in system support, system administration, or business application support
- Strong technical knowledge of Windows 11 support
- Advanced Excel skills (Power Query, Pivot Tables, formulas)
- Experience with Power BI for reporting and dashboard creation
- Hands-on experience with Power Automate and workflow automation
- Familiarity with SharePoint administration (sites, permissions, structure)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Forms, Copilot)
- Exposure to Power Apps is an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical users
- Experience supporting integrated systems (CRM, ERP, finance platforms)
- A-Level (or equivalent) qualification in IT or related field
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and development
- Willingness to work Australasian, North American, or UK shift hours
- Willingness to work in or relocate to Angeles City, Pampanga
