As a Telemarketing Representative, you will play an instrumental role in bolstering our sales team's efforts and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Your primary responsibility is to offer WiFi products to hotel chains such as Marriot, Hilton and Hyatt.

You will look to upgrade the WiFi systems for existing clients and set up discovery appointments for new clients that are interested in using a different provider for their hotel internet and WiFi

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, adeptly addressing inquiries, delivering product information, and managing order processing.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to provide crucial support in achieving sales objectives and targets.
  • Professionally and promptly respond to customer inquiries through diverse channels such as phone, email, and chat, consistently delivering accurate information and effective solutions.
  • Utilize telemarketing techniques to initiate conversations with potential customers, highlighting our products' value propositions and benefits.
  • Conduct proactive appointment setting, scheduling calls or meetings for the sales team to present our offerings.
  • Respond to all customer inquiries and requests for additional equipment needs, ensuring that the total dollar value of new equipment does not exceed $10,000. For requests over $10,000, liaise with the company’s Sales team for follow-up.
  • Collaborate with the NOC representatives to handle all Break-fix calls, ensuring seamless resolution without involving inside sales.
  • Investigate hotel network installation dates and assess if property requires an upgrade. Discuss findings with the customer and transition the opportunity to the designated sales representative (as noted in CRM).
  • Manage all license renewals before their expiration date, guaranteeing uninterrupted service for our valued customers.
  • Proactively prospect for the Sales team by initiating customer contact.
  • Reach out to property General Managers (GMs) within Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, identifying properties in need of upgrades and whose contracts have expired. Offer to arrange meetings with the Regional Sales Manager aligned with the property.
  • Engage with the company’s current Hilton UnoNet customers, addressing their requirements and discussing potential upgrades or additional services.
  • Analyze hotel network performance and installation history via CRM tools.
  • Educate clients on the technical benefits of upgraded WiFi solutions.
  • Serve as the first-line technical advisor before handoff to Sales Engineer or NOC.
  • Coordinate with NOC and Engineering to validate upgrade readiness and deployment timelines.

Qualification and requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience in customer service, sales support roles, telemarketing, and appointment setting is highly advantageous.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, empowering effective interactions with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving prowess and effective decision-making abilities to aptly address customer inquiries and provide suitable resolutions.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including hands-on experience with CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Notable attention to detail combined with excellent organizational and multitasking skills, enabling you to adeptly manage multiple customer inquiries and tasks concurrently.
  • Innate customer-centric mindset underscored by a resolute commitment to delivering unparalleled service.
  • Proven capability to collaborate seamlessly both autonomously and within a team-driven environment.
  • Evident professionalism and integrity when handling confidential customer information.
  • Prior experience within the hospitality industry or familiarity with hotel WiFi technology solutions constitutes an advantageous asset
  • B2B Sales experience
  • Previous experience with Internet and WiFi sales

Non-negotiable skills & requirements:

  • Proven experience in telemarketing, appointment setting, or inside sales roles.
  • Knowledge on ISP/MSP, hospitality tech experience, and networking knowledge service with sales skills acquired
