What You Will Do:
- Budgeting & Monitoring: Develop, manage, and oversee organizational budgets to ensure financial efficiency and compliance.
- Cost Control: Monitor expenses, identify variances, and implement measures to optimize cost-effectiveness.
- Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with accounting standards.
- Account Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliation of accounts to maintain accuracy and integrity of financial records.
Qualifications/Requirements
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, major in Finance, Banking, Management, Accounting, or other related fields.
- Strong accounting background with solid knowledge of financial principles and practices.
- Familiarity with accounting systems/software is a plus.
- Strategic thinker with strong commitment to organizational goals and values.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work independently while meeting deadlines.
