Accountant (general)

Job Description

• Maintain and organize digital and physical financial records
• Assess all business transactions and prepare accurate reports on your findings
• Coordinate with employees on income tax research and planning
• Conduct periodic audits to guarantee accuracy in financial records, expenses, and savings
• Organize and file all local income tax documents
• Contribute to budgeting procedures
• Regularly brief management on the company’s financial position and recommend solutions to improve results
• Develop and implement effective accounting policies and processes
• Ensure you remain up-to-date on industry changes and changes in regulations
• Respond to tax and accounting related issues
• Monitors/supervises accounting staff to meet deadlines

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy
• Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• Open to fresh graduates and new passers
• 1-2 years of experience is a plus factor
• Outstanding knowledge of local and international regulations involving FX trading
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Computer literate and has the ability to perform basic tasks on the computer
• Solid understanding of Accounting software and MS Office
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Preferred place of residency is NCR
• Must be willing to relocate within Metro Manila if currently residing in provinces
