Accounting Associate Manager (Accounts Receivable & Sales Accounting)

Oversee the Accounts Receivable (AR) and Sales Accounting functions, ensuring accurate and timely recording of transactions in SAP.
- Monitor and reconcile sales transactions from boutiques, direct selling, online, institutional, concession, and other sales channels.
- Manage customer payments, receivables, and aging reports to ensure accurate records and timely collections.
- Ensure compliance with BIR reporting requirements and monthly financial closing deadlines.
- Review reports, investigate accounting discrepancies, and recommend process improvements.
- Maintain effective internal controls and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Lead, coach, and develop the AR and Sales Accounting team while coordinating with other departments to resolve operational concerns.
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable and/or Sales Accounting.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, receivables management, and financial reporting.
- Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in BIR compliance and month-end closing is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- CPA or CMA is an advantage.
