Audit Director (Cebu City)

• The Audit Director will lead and strengthen the Group’s consolidated audit function by developing and executing a comprehensive audit strategy, overseeing the annual financial audit plan, and ensuring full compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
• This role will identify and assess financial risks across all business units, especially those impacting consolidated reporting, while enhancing internal controls and driving the timely resolution of audit findings
• . Working closely with Management, the Director will provide clear, actionable recommendations that improve financial governance, safeguard the integrity of the Group’s consolidated financial statements, and promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – required.
• The candidate must be a resident of Cebu City. If the candidate currently resides within Metro Manila, they must be willing to relocate to Cebu City.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive audit experience, covering internal audit, external audit, risk, or compliance.
• Experience with Big 4 audit firms (e.g., Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG) is highly preferred, either as a former auditor or in a client-facing capacity.
• Proven experience auditing multi-entity or group structures, including subsidiaries or business units.
• Strong background in financial controls, risk management, and corporate governance.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience reporting to senior management and boards.
• Willing to work onsite at Oakridge Business Park, Mandaue City

Note for all roles: VisMin candidates would be better but accepting Manila candidates who are willing to relocate in Cebu.

Interview levels: 2 levels of interview – All f2f for candidates within Cebu / 1st virtual and Final interview will be face-to-face if candidates are outside Cebu.
