Job Title: FIELD CHECKER

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Accounting, or any related course or equivalent experience in the field
2. At least 1 year of Checking experience , 1 year in Management or 5 years in Cashier Experience
3. Willing to do field work in NCR, Manila Area. Pampanga, Tarlac
4. Willing to ride Angkas or own motorcycle for transportation (not required but preferable)
5. Good in Oral and Written Communication
6. Intermediate skill level for all MS Office Applications
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
8. Attention to detail
9. CAN START ASAP!

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Conducts field check in all Steak Break Stores
2. Check store in accordance with the checklist and policies of the organization
3. Check stocks management of the stores
4. Prepare a daily check report of stores visited.
5. Prepare IRs (Incident Reports)
6. Check the store's QSC (Quality, Service, Cleanliness, Condition & Food Safety).
7. Performs other tasks that may be assigned by the immediate superior or management.
8. Perform other functions that may be assigned
9. Honest, trustworthy and dutiful in revealing discrepancies
10. Make recommendations for improvement.
