[ref. t66287717] Economist / Public Financial Specialist - Hybrid (Senior Manager) - Makati

We are seeking a Senior Manager – Economist / Public Financial Specialist to join our Business Development team. The role focuses on driving revenue growth with local and multilateral development agencies while also serving as a subject matter expert for project implementation, bid reviews, and proposal development.

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships; support business development initiatives in economics and finance.
• Serve as capture manager for specific financial sector opportunities.
• Work with the business development team on lead generation, team strategies, proposal planning, negotiations, and pricing.
• Collaborate in sourcing key personnel for proposals, as needed.
• Assist in identifying new clients, building relationships with executives, and preparing/presenting proposals.
• Provide subject matter expertise in economics and finance for client projects.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial markets, policies, and economic developments.
• Contribute to internal practice development and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Finance, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• At least 7 years’ advisory experience in infrastructure projects, particularly in energy, transportation, or industrial sectors.
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in:
• Economic analysis, including cost-benefit analysis (CBA).
• Economic modeling and analysis tools.
• Financial and commercial due diligence, including valuation.
• Experience working on projects funded by multilateral development organizations.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Can start ASAP and willing to work in Hybrid set-up.
