Full-Time Social Media Marketing Manager

We’re looking for ahighly skilled, full-time virtual assistantbased in thePhilippinesto manage and grow our brand across all major social platforms:Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter (X), Reddit, and Threads. This is not a side hustle or filler gig.We expect 40 hours per week across 4 workdays—fully dedicated, results-driven, and metric-tracked.

If you are juggling multiple jobs, this position is not for you.We’ve had poor experiences with applicants overcommitting and underdelivering. We’re only looking for someone who can fully focus on our brand and deliver tangible growth across each platform.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Own and execute asocial growth strategyfor each platform
• Create and schedule posts, reels, stories, tweets, and discussions
• Engage with communities and followers through comments, DMs, and posts
• Stay on top of trends and adapt strategies to maximize reach and engagement
• Collaborate with our internal team for brand consistency and campaign alignment
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize weekly

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Expert-level understandingof Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Facebook, Reddit, and Threads
• Demonstrated success growing social accounts (show us results)
• Strong written English and creative copywriting skills
• Self-motivated and able to workindependently and remotely
• Comfortable beingheld accountable to time and results metrics

Bonus (but not required):

• Graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar)
• Experience with tools like Later, Metricool, Meta Business Suite, or Buffer
