Procurement Analyst (Can start ASAP)

We are seeking a Procurement Analyst to support the company’s sourcing and purchasing operations. The role is responsible for coordinating procurement activities, maintaining supplier relationships, and ensuring timely acquisition of materials, supplies, and services needed by the business.

• Assist in sourcing and evaluating accredited suppliers and service providers
• Process purchase requests, quotations, and purchase orders in a timely manner
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding procurement requirements and delivery timelines
• Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier databases, and purchasing documentation
• Monitor supplier performance to ensure quality service and on-time delivery
• Support cost-saving initiatives and recommend process improvements when applicable
• Prepare procurement reports and assist in tracking purchasing activities and inventory-related concerns

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related courses
• At least 1 year of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations
• Experience in property management, logistics, construction, or related industries is an advantage
