About the role
We're looking for a passionate HR Assistant to join our team at RVD FOOD Inc'. As an HR Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our HR function and contributing to the overall success of the organisation.This is a full-time position based in Paranaque City Metro Manila (PARQAL MALL).
What you'll be doing- Providing administrative support to the HR team, including record-keeping, data entry, and file management
- Assisting with the recruitment and onboarding process, including coordinating interviews and managing candidate communication
- Helping to organise and coordinate employee events and team-building activities
- Providing support for HR-related projects and initiatives
- Answering employee queries and directing them to the appropriate resources
- Maintaining and updating HR policies, procedures, and documentation
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless HR experience
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with employees at all levels
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently
- Familiarity with HR best practices and compliance regulations (preferred)
- Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
