We are seeking a reliable and professional Receptionist/Admin Support with strong experience in handling phone communications and performing a variety of administrative and accounts-related tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and make phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Address customer inquiries and direct calls to the appropriate department or individual.
- Perform general administrative duties and support accounting-related tasks as required.
- Assist in maintaining accurate records and filing systems.
- Support day-to-day office operations to ensure smooth workflow.
Qualifications:
- With prior experience with a US or AUS based companies.
- Proven experience in answering and making phone calls in a professional setting.
- Must have a clear, polite, and professional telephone manner.
- Previous experience handling administrative tasks is highly preferred.
- Accounting experience is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
