Restaurant Manager

Job Summary

KNC Group of Companies is seeking a driven and ambitious individual to join our Jollibee store operations as a Restaurant Manager. This role is responsible for leading overall store performance by managing daily operations, driving sales and profitability, ensuring food safety and service excellence, and developing a high-performing team.

• Lead and manage overall store operations to achieve sales, profitability, and quality targets.
• Drive sales growth through effective execution of promotions and local store marketing initiatives.
• Ensure strict compliance with Food Safety, Cleanliness, and Condition (FSC) standards at all times.
• Oversee cost management, including labor, food cost, inventory, and controllable expenses.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance; implement action plans for continuous improvement.
• Ensure proper cash handling, inventory control, and loss prevention procedures.
• Lead, coach, train, and develop Assistant Managers, Crew Leaders, and store staff.
• Handle customer concerns and escalations, ensuring timely and effective service recovery.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, government regulations, and business permit requirements.
• Prepare and submit operational and business performance reports as required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management, Business Management, or a related field.
• At least 3–5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager in QSR, food service, or retail operations.
• Experience with the Jollibee brand is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
• Solid knowledge of restaurant operations, financial controls, and customer service standards.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
