About the Role
Hubexo is looking for a highly analytical and commercially minded Revenue Operations Analyst to support our growing Revenue Operations function.In this role, you will help shape how commercial decisions are made by turning complex data into actionable insights. You will work closely with stakeholders across sales, operations, and leadership to deliver revenue intelligence, build analytical models, and create scalable AI-powered workflows that improve efficiency and decision-making.

- Support the analytical foundation of the Revenue Operations function by consolidating, cleaning, and interpreting data from multiple sources
- Build and maintain models that support forecasting, market sizing, penetration analysis, and revenue performance tracking
- Analyse commercial performance and provide insights that drive better business decisions
- Translate analytical findings into clear, structured recommendations for senior stakeholders
- Develop and improve dashboards, reporting frameworks, and key performance metrics
- Design and scale AI-powered workflows to automate repetitive analysis and improve output quality
- Support revenue planning activities through modelling of SaaS metrics such as ARR, churn, CAC, LTV, and NRR
- Work cross-functionally with commercial, operations, and leadership teams to improve visibility into business performance
- Help build scalable processes that support Hubexo’s commercial transformation
- Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related analytical field
- 1–3 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Analysis, Commercial Strategy, Consulting, Finance, or a similar analytical role
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to work with large or complex datasets
- Advanced Excel skills for modelling, analysis, and reporting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex findings clearly
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or similar platforms in day-to-day work
- Exposure to SaaS metrics including ARR, churn, LTV, CAC, and NRR is highly preferred
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and a structured problem-solving approach
- Fluent in English
