Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a Customer Support Coordinator to assist guests across multiple hospitality venues in Australia. This role focuses on providing support through digital communication channels, managing reservations, and working closely with internal teams to deliver a positive customer experience.

This position operates on a rotating schedule, including weekdays and weekends. Working hours fall between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM Australian Western Standard Time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries received via email and other digital communication channels.
  • Manage messages and comments across social media platforms while maintaining professional communication.
  • Monitor and respond to online customer reviews.
  • Coordinate reservations and communicate with venue operations, kitchen, and management teams using Microsoft Teams.
  • Assist customers with booking requests, changes, and general inquiries.
  • Manage reservations for functions and events, ensuring booking details are accurate and up to date.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and provide timely follow-up when required.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to support day-to-day operations.
Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience in international customer service, reservations, hospitality, concierge, or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Experience handling customer inquiries through email or other digital communication channels.
  • Good administrative and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
  • Confident using Microsoft Outlook and other business applications.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A professional, customer-focused approach and the ability to work well within a team.
  • Experience using reservation or booking management systems.
  • Previous experience in the hospitality, tourism, or accommodation industry.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Teams or similar collaboration tools.
