About the Role
This is a Healthcare Business Process Outsourcing (Healthcare BPO) opportunity supporting U.S. healthcare clients. As a PHRN Team Lead, you will lead a team of healthcare professionals, drive operational excellence, ensure quality and productivity targets are met, and support continuous process improvements within a Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) environment.
Non-Negotiable Requirements- Active Philippine Registered Nurse (PHRN) License
- 2–3 years of Team Lead experience in a Healthcare BPO supporting a U.S. Healthcare Account
- Experience in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
- Experience in Hospital Billing
- Experience in Utilization Management (UM) Review
- Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills
- EPIC platform experience is an advantage
- Willing to work 100% onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City
- Willing to work on a night shift
