Job Summary:

  • Establishes good relations with all customers and agents in order to improve sales
  • Collects data and reports on competitors’ activities
  • Prepares weekly and monthly sales reports
  • Ensures proper stock level at company’s target and plans for incoming merchandise.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Applies company sales strategy to the assigned area and sales outlet.
  • Implements, develops, and proposes sales programs and activities to increase and achieve the organization's sales and market shares targets. This includes sales activities such as web searches, sales booths, cold calls, etc.
  • Builds and develops strong relationships with both established and new clients/customers and maintains a positive customer experience
  • Monitors and analyzes the movement of local competitors in the assigned area and provides recommendation based on the study.
  • Ensures effective after-sales support (in cooperation and coordination with Customer Support) to customers/clients as part of Customer Relationship Management
  • Provides the sales forecast, and inventory plan for procurement of stocks (specific to a product or individual customer)
  • Reports customer and dealer demands.
  • Collaborates with Finance and Accounting in AR collection.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree holder of business course
  • At least three (3) years Supervisory Level related work experience in Sales
  • Excellent communication skills both in verbal and written
  • Preferably with background and experience working in Japanese or other foreign companies
  • With extensive work-related experience in wholesale in any industry, or wholesale or retail sales in music related industry not only in Luzon but also in VisMin area
  • Expertise in using Excel with formulas
  • Exposure in present innovation with unique strategies and negotiation skills in Sales
  • Open-minded and willing to be a part of start-up company
  • Willing to travel in other areas in the Philippines
  • Ability to play musical instruments
