We are seeking a highly driven Transition & Process Improvement Lead to play a pivotal role in establishing and scaling our Shared Services Center (SSC). This position will lead the migration of finance processes into the SSC environment while ensuring business continuity, operational excellence, and long-term process optimization.

What You'll Do
Lead SSC Transitions- Manage end-to-end transition of finance processes into the Shared Services Center.
- Develop and execute transition plans, ensuring seamless migration and stabilization.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, process owners, and project teams throughout the transition lifecycle.
- Identify, manage, and mitigate operational and project risks.
- Ensure comprehensive documentation of processes, controls, and operating procedures.
- Develop and implement a performance management framework for SSC operations.
- Define and monitor operational KPIs and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Establish governance mechanisms and reporting structures.
- Deliver performance insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Lead initiatives focused on process simplification, standardization, and automation.
- Promote a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement.
- Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, quality, controls, and customer experience.
- Support process optimization projects and change management initiatives.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in Shared Services, Finance Operations, Business Transformation, or Process Improvement roles.
- Demonstrated experience leading process transitions, migrations, or transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of finance processes including:
- General Accounting
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Financial Reporting
- Experience working with ERP systems (SAP experience is an advantage).
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
- Experience in Lean, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, or Operational Excellence initiatives is highly desirable.
