The Landscape Architect / Designer is responsible for preparing accurate, highly creative outdoor living designs to suit a variety of projects and client preferences. He or she is responsible and accountable for all modeling, drafting, and rendering aspects pertaining to the specific project/s.
The Responsibilities:
- Model and render outdoor living designs according to the files and information provided, using Sketchup 2023 and Lumion 11.
- Create accurate 2D CAD plans using Sketchup and Layout from the 3D model, using all available information i.e., architectural plans, PDF plans from client, and full site measure.
- Create material schedules, dimensions, site plan schematics for permits, etc., in Layout to produce construction drawings for the proposed design.
- Analyze complex environmental reports, topography and elevations, dimensions, and material preferences to formulate functional and creative designs.
- Quickly understand concept sketches of swimming pools, patios, decks, and other outdoor living features to model and render in SketchUp and Lumion.
- Use design knowledge to make decisions related to the concept design including but not limited to; adjusting measurements to suit site constraints, selecting materials, selecting plants, and labeling all aspects of the plan.
- Create elevations of landscape plans in SketchUp and Layout.
- Create 3D models of designs in SketchUp and render them in Lumion.
- Liaising with fellow designers, project managers, engineers, and surveyors.
The Work Set-Up:
- Work onsite only
- 8 hour work shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift (8pm - 5am)
The Location: Unit 1E, Philexcel Business Park Annex, Clark Freeport Zone, 2023, Pampanga, Philippines.

Qualifications/Requirements
The Requirements:
- Graduate of Architecture, Civil Engineering, or equivalent.
- Experience in landscape architecture design is required.
- Proficient with the latest update of SketchUp
- Knowledge of how site conditions can affect a proposed design.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Layout, Adobe Express, and Adobe Photoshop.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organization and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong sense of urgency, project responsibility and initiatives
- Can provide a portfolio in landscape
