Operations Assistant

Qualifications:

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
• Proficient in data management and visualization to organize, analyze, and present information effectively
• At least one year of experience in logistics operations with a solid understanding of supply chain processes
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Power BI, Microsoft Excel, GPS/Fleet Management Systems, and other data analytics or statistical tools
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, enabling effective cross-functional collaboration
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities to resolve operational issues and drive continuous improvement
• Amenable to work shifting schedule

What you'll be doing:

• Track and evaluate operational KPIs to ensure performance targets are achieved and identify areas requiring improvement.
• Coordinate the issuance of notices or tickets to the operations team when performance falls below established benchmarks.
• Escalate urgent operational concerns and critical incidents to management for prompt action and decision-making.
• Review and interpret historical operational data to develop insights that support process improvement efforts.
• Apply trend and historical data analysis to generate predictive insights that enhance operational efficiency.
• Provide timely and regular updates to the Command Center Manager on operational performance, incidents, and escalations.
