Operations Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Operations Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to our team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
This role involves coordinating day-to-day administrative activities, maintaining communication with team members and clients, tracking tasks, and ensuring smooth operational workflows.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the operations team
- Manage and organize emails, calendars, and communications through Outlook
- Coordinate tasks and monitor progress using Trello
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and team members via WhatsApp and email
- Create, send, and manage invoices using InvoiceSimple
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation
- Assist with scheduling appointments and follow-ups
- Track operational tasks and ensure deadlines are met
- Handle data entry and general clerical duties
- Support special projects and other administrative tasks as assigned
- Previous experience in an administrative, operations, or virtual assistant role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Schedule
Part-Time- Tuesday to Friday
