We are hiring Admin Support in the car battery distribution industry, located in Loyola Heights, Quezon City. This is a full-time, onsite role suited for someone organized, reliable, and ready to assist with various administrative tasks. Immediate start is required.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to office operations
- Organize and file documents and records
- Assist in tracking sales, deliveries, and other transactions
- Answer calls, prepare reports, and handle basic office tasks
Qualifications:
- Experience in admin support or office assistance preferred (fresh graduates welcome)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Organized, detail-oriented, and good with multitasking
- Willing to work onsite in Loyola Heights
- Can start as soon as possible
