Finance Admin Assistant/Virtual Assistant

We're looking for a detail-oriented Finance Admin Assistant to support our finance team. You'll handle tasks like invoice processing, data entry, and financial reporting support. This is a remote position suited for someone organized, proactive, and skilled in Excel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process invoices, payments, and expenses
- Maintain accurate financial records
- Assist with reporting, budgets, and forecasts
- Manage finance-related emails and document filing
- Liaise with suppliers and internal teams
Requirements:
- Experience in finance or admin roles
- Strong Excel and data entry skills
- Good communication and organizational abilities
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., Xero, Sage, QuickBooks).
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
- AAT qualification or working towards one (or similar financial qualification).
- Amenable to work Onsite Setup.
