About the role
As an Operations Manager at PTC Commercial Corporation, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing and logistics functions in Cebu City, Cebu. This is a full-time position that will allow you to leverage your exceptional management skills to drive operational excellence and contribute to the company's strategic priorities.
What you'll be doing- Manage and oversee all manufacturing and logistics operations to ensure efficient and cost-effective workflows
- Implement and monitor key performance indicators to track and analyse operational metrics
- Identify and resolve issues, bottlenecks or challenges in the production and distribution processes
- Lead and motivate a team of operational staff, providing coaching, training and performance management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operations with broader business objectives
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies and safety standards
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality and customer satisfaction
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a management or supervisory role within the manufacturing or logistics industry
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to think critically and implement creative solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate a team
- Proficient in using data analytics and reporting tools to track and measure operational performance
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and process improvement methodologies
- Degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering or a related field
