Job Overview

As a Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for planning, supervising, and monitoring construction activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and according to approved plans and specifications. You will coordinate with contractors, suppliers, consultants, and project stakeholders to deliver quality results.

• Supervise daily construction activities and ensure compliance with approved plans, specifications, and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress and prepare accomplishment reports.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and government agencies as needed.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.
• Review drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Monitor project schedules, manpower, materials, and equipment utilization.
• Assist in cost control, quantity verification, and project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, engineering standards, and applicable regulations.
• Identify site issues and recommend practical engineering solutions.

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC) is preferred.
• At least 2–5 years of relevant construction or project engineering experience.
• Experience in vertical, horizontal, infrastructure, or land development projects is an advantage.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and other engineering software.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, quality standards, and workplace safety.
• Excellent planning, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Willing to be assigned to and work on-site in Cebu City.
• Can work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic project environment.
