About the role
We're seeking a Beauty Sales Consultant to join our retail team in Cebu City, Cebu on a contract basis. In this role, you will be the face of our beauty brand, delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales through product knowledge and genuine engagement with our customers.As a Beauty Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial part in creating memorable shopping experiences and building brand loyalty whilst meeting sales targets. What you'll be doing- Provide expert product knowledge and personalised recommendations to customers, guiding them through our beauty product range
- Deliver outstanding customer service that exceeds expectations and creates positive brand experiences
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through effective selling techniques and customer engagement
- Conduct product demonstrations and beauty consultations to help customers find the right solutions for their needs
- Maintain an attractive and organised retail display, ensuring products are well-stocked and visually appealing
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and brand advocacy
- Stay informed about current product promotions, new product launches and beauty trends
- Collaborate with team members to support store operations and achieve collective goals
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably within the beauty, cosmetics or personal care sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for customer service
- Strong sales ability with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Product knowledge or the ability to quickly learn and retain detailed product information
- Professionalism, reliability and a positive attitude towards work
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays as required
- Basic numeracy skills and comfort with point-of-sale technology
- A neat appearance and commitment to maintaining high personal grooming standards
- Preferred: Experience with beauty brands or cosmetic product lines
