We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Accounting Assistant to join our growing Finance team. The Accounting Analyst will be responsible for supporting day-to-day accounting functions, preparing financial reports, and assisting with data analysis for budgeting and forecasting.

This role is ideal for graduates of Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Management Accounting, or other related business or finance courses. While experience is a plus, fresh graduates with a strong academic foundation are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial reports and statements
- Perform reconciliations of accounts, ledgers, and transactions
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes
- Monitor and analyze budget vs. actual performance
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry and maintenance of financial records
- Assist in internal audits and compliance checks
- Collaborate with other departments on financial data and reporting needs
- Provide support in process improvement and system enhancements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Management Accounting, or any related business course
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Proficiency in MS Excel or other accounting software is an advantage
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
