MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or any related course.
Related Work Experience: At least 8 years sales direct experience in lending with a financing company, cooperative or a bank preferably in SME financing or Commercial loans.
Knowledge (knowledgeable in the following):- mSME loan sales and onboarding workflows
- KYC, AML, and regulatory compliance
- CRM and dashboard tools (e.g., Salesforce, Power BI, Google Sheets)
- Loans documentation
- Financial basics for P&L and sales forecasting, appraisal basics of real estate
- Coordination across government agencies ROD, BIR, and other related agencies
Skills: Detail-Oriented - Pays close attention to the accuracy and completeness of forms, compliance documents, and reports.
Organized & Process-Driven - Able to manage multiple onboarding projects concurrently, with clear documentation and task tracking.Strong Communication Skills - Can clearly convey timelines, requirements, and follow-ups across internal teams and external clients.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Loan Centers Management- Daily coordination with loan managers as to sales plan, execution of strategy and mapping activities for sourcing clients.
- Accompanies loan managers and officers to key client meetings and validates eligibility of loan application.
- Reviews and recommends the proposed LRM (in lieu of the Loans Manager) prior to submission to the Credit Department and the loans system.
- Monitors attendance and timeliness of loans managers and workload management.
- Attends to administrative requirements of the Region and Loans Centers which includes marketing collaterals, transportation, vehicles upkeep and maintenance of assets, repairs, general look and feel of the offices, and cleanliness.
- Create a detailed sales and marketing strategy for the region in alignment with the General Manager and the overall sales strategy of the Company.
- Ensures adequate client pipelines per Loan Center and per Loan Officer.
- Solicits potential quality loan clients.
- Sets client call/appointment and presents the product features to a prospect client.
- Reviews credit investigation results and exception requests to determine if prospect clients meet the eligibility criteria.
- Creates opportunities to cross-sell Palawan Pawnshop Group products and services.
- Prepares regular sales updates and relevant information as required.
- Regularly monitor clients’ loan payments for timely and accurate action until loan is fully settled.
- Review call reports after the loan has been released to ascertain use against declared purpose and updates on the client’s account.
- Conducts regular maintenance calls at least once every 6 months for key clients to maintain high engagement and ensure client retention.
- Assists in the processing of loan renewals and additional credit lines whenever applicable.
- Provides assistance and accommodates clients during loan disbursements.
- Prepares detailed monthly remedial work-out plans for accounts with non-payments.
