The role is expected to assist the Business Process Governance (BPG) team in the following activities:
Policies and Process Design- Develop and maintain framework, standards, guidelines, and process for the development and management of policies and procedures.
- Help the business identify gaps in operational policies and the design of procedures/processes.
- Provide advice and facilitate discussions with relevant process owners/business representatives on the formulation of operational policies and design of processes/procedures taking into account efficiency and controls over key risks.
- Assist or Manage the repository of policies and procedures manuals of the organization.
- Assist and facilitate the identification of process improvement opportunities together with the process champion and key process owners.
- Assist the BPG team in process improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma methodology or other best practice methodology.
- Assist the business in the formulation of operational/process KPIs
Others:
- Assist the BPG team in monitoring and reporting corporate BSC KPI results
- Assist in budgeting and in the formulation of business plans for the Division.
- Assist in identifying improvement to methods and tools to be used by the Division.
- Report and escalate issues to the BPG team in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background - Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering or other related courses
- Years of Work Experience - Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in business process reviews/process improvement; preferably in Fintech or banking institutions

- Internal Audit or External Audit (Big 4 auditing firms) is an advantage
