About the Role
We are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Specialist to provide Level 2 technical support and ensure the stability, maintenance, and continuous improvement of IT infrastructure. This role involves systems administration, network support, hardware and software maintenance, mobile device administration, documentation, and technical troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities- Provide Level 2 technical support, incident handling, and break/fix resolution.
- Perform hardware and software maintenance, including operating systems, security, monitoring, and system utilities.
- Install, test, configure, and upgrade IT infrastructure and network devices.
- Support LAN, wireless, and physical network infrastructure.
- Participate in change management activities, including installation and configuration management.
- Maintain technical, operational, and support documentation.
- Manage incident tracking, asset inventory, and problem resolution.
- Administer the company's mobile device fleet, including inventory reconciliation and carrier contract renewals.
- Assist with disaster recovery testing and system security planning.
- Provide technical guidance to less experienced team members.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or any related field.
- At least 2–4 years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, technical support, or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, operating systems, networking, and troubleshooting.
- Experience supporting LAN, wireless networks, and physical IT infrastructure.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
