The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Administrator to lead and optimize our Salesforce environment while supporting core IT operations.
In this role, you will be the go-to Salesforce expert, driving system efficiency, improving user experience, and enabling data-driven decision-making across business units. You will also play a key part in ensuring seamless onboarding, system reliability, and technical support within our Makati hub.
Must Have:
Salesforce Administration- Serve as the primary administrator for Salesforce, ensuring optimal system performance and reliability
- Configure and manage custom objects, fields, validation rules, and Lightning Flows
- Maintain security models (Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules) and ensure compliant access control
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards that deliver actionable insights to stakeholders
- Support data integrity, data imports/exports, and system enhancements
- Manage integrations, APIs, and AppExchange applications
IT Operations & Support
- Provide L2/L3 technical support for internal users, resolving system, application, and hardware issues
- Lead new hire onboarding, ensuring Day 1 readiness (hardware setup, system access, credentials)
- Oversee asset lifecycle management (procurement, imaging, deployment, tracking, and retirement)
- Maintain office network infrastructure (LAN, Wi-Fi, ISP coordination) to ensure business continuity
- Troubleshoot connectivity and infrastructure issues to minimize downtime
What we're looking for:
- Experience: 3+ years as a Salesforce Administrator.
- Technical Support: Primary lead for internal troubleshooting, resolving hardware and software issues to minimize downtime.
- Analytics: Skilled in building advanced reports and dashboards to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
- Communication: Ability to provide clear technical support and training to users of varying technical skill levels.
- Certification: Salesforce Certified Administrator required.
