About the role

This is a full-time position offering opportunities for growth and development.

1. Accurately input data into our systems and databases
2. Proofread and verify the accuracy of entered data
3. Prepare various documents, reports and correspondence using word processing software
4. Provide administrative support to the broader team as needed
5. Maintain organised and well-documented records
6. Adhere to all company policies and procedures

1. Excellent data entry and typing skills with a high level of accuracy
2. Minimum typing speed of 40-50 WPM.
3. Strong attention to detail and ability to spot and correct errors
4. Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word and Excel
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
6. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
7. Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and take on new tasks
8. Experience working in Logistics/ Freight Company.
9. Bachelor's degree.
10. 1 year of relevant data entry experience.
