We are looking for a reliable and motivated Branch Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Indian restaurant. The Branch Manager will ensure smooth restaurant operations, lead the team, maintain high customer satisfaction, and help achieve sales targets.
- Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations of the restaurant branch.
Supervise staff, including scheduling and performance monitoring.
Ensure excellent customer service and handle complaints professionally.
Monitor inventory, place orders, and minimize food waste.
Ensure food quality, hygiene, and cleanliness standards are maintained.
Assist in achieving sales and profit goals for the branch.
Report branch performance to the General Manager or Owner.
Qualifications/Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in restaurant or food service management.
Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
Basic knowledge of Indian cuisine is an advantage.
College level or Graduate in Hospitality or related field.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage a team.
