About the role: Content Executive

Lead the end-to-end creation, coordination, and delivery of educational and promotional content, ensuring compliance with accreditation requirements (where applicable) and industry standards. Oversee workflows from client brief to publication, including custom content, webinars, and quality assurance, while staying current on CPD regulations and industry trends.

Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely, high-quality, engaging content and continuous process improvement.

Job Responsibilities

Content Coordination & Project Management

o Collaborate with Account Managers (AMs) and Customer Success (CS) to understand client briefs and their CPD requirements.

o Review partially completed and completed CPD content assets from clients (slides, scripts, quizzes, checklists).

o Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Customer Service, AMs, Assessment, Webinar Production team) to ensure smooth handovers and milestones are met.

o Conduct 50% milestone check-ins with clients alongside Customer Service.

Content Production & Quality Control

o Develop formal and informal CPD content including articles, whitepapers, case studies, presentation slides, detailed scripts, assessment quizzes and other materials as required.

o Plan, research, produce, edit and review self-authored and AI-generated original content aligned with relevant accreditation standards and client briefs.

o Conduct CPD consultations with clients when required.

o Ensure all custom CPD materials are engaging, accurate, and compliant with the latest industry and CPD requirements.

o Record live voiceovers with clients (VO) and produce and review AI-generated VO for webinars to ensure quality and accuracy.

o Oversee video webinar creation and review drafts to ensure brand, content, and compliance standards are met.

o Approve final draft content before sending to clients for sign-off.

Publishing & Communication

o Manage the publishing process for CPD content.

o Coordinate the uploading of content to Hubexo’s digital platforms.

o Inform Account Managers, clients, and marketing teams when new CPD content goes live.

Industry Knowledge

o Maintain up-to-date knowledge of CPD standards. Interpret and apply accreditation requirements for the architecture and design industry.

o Stay informed on trends, regulations, and changes relevant to design professionals and share this knowledge with the appropriate internal stakeholders.

Ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time-to-time
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a related field like brand marketing, digital content, or publishing,
  • Experience in content creation and coordination
  • Experience working in a SaaS environment
  • Knowledge of CPD accreditation requirements
  • Strong writing and instructional design skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate across teams, engage with clients and share strategic insights
  • Proactive, inquisitive nature, can-do attitude, particularly when interacting with international and/or intercultural stakeholders
  • Experience in content coordination, project management, or educational program delivery, ideally within an e-learning environment
  • Experience creating structured educational materials such as presentations, scripts, and assessment quizzes
  • Proficiency in using digital tools and AI for content production and publishing
  • Awareness of trends, regulations, and developments relevant to architecture, design, and construction professionals
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms, accreditation processes, and compliance standards in a professional education context
