Job Summary:
Handles payments and serves customers, ensuring fast, accurate transactions and a friendly dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take orders politely
- Operate POS system and handle cash/card payments
- Issue receipts and ensure accurate billing
- Serve food and beverages promptly
- Maintain cleanliness of dining and cashier area
- Assist customers with inquiries and concerns
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for order accuracy
- Restock supplies when needed
Qualifications:
- At least High School graduate
- With or without experience (training provided)
- Honest, attentive, and customer-friendly
- Can work in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to work on weekends/holidays
